Self Catering
Our single unit of self catering accommodation is in a converted
stables and consists of a living room / dining/ kitchenette in
one room, and a separate bedroom. There is also a separate toilet
/shower room with basin.
Our self-catering facilities include:
We are situated only three miles from York Minster in a rural,
peaceful setting, adjacent to farmland yet within the City of
York. This is one of the driest and warmest places in England.
Convenient to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, swimming and sporting
facilities and a regular bus service into York.

Tariffs
Tariffs are per night/per 3 night break/per week. Tariffs depend
on the season of the year. Please contact us and we will advise
you of the tariffs that apply to the period of your proposed visit
and we will be able to advise you of any special offers that might
be available.
Late Bookings
If you want a booking at very short notice it is worth enquiring
to see if we can agree a special deal, if the accommodation is
free
Advance Booking
We are open all year round, and advance booking is essential.
However, we occasionally have cancellations and an enquiry at
short notice to see if the accommodation is free might be worthwhile.
A 25% advance deposit is payable at the time of booking.
