Caravan Site
We are a five van Camping and Caravanning Club certified site,
with five electric hookups, and facilities for an unlimited number
of tents. We are situated only three miles from York Minster in
a rural, peaceful setting, yet within the City of York. We have
a star rating in the current 'Big Sites Book' because of favourable
comments made to the Camping and Caravanning Club by visitors.
Our site is level, grassy, sheltered and well drained and never
boggy. Pets are welcome, but dogs must be kept under control.
We also welcome camper vans, motorhomes and trailer tents.

Our caravan and campsite facilities.
Toilets and hot power shower, drinking water, razor socket, chemical
disposal, five electric hookups, ice pack freezing facility.
Convenient to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, swimming and sporting
facilities (including golf courses ), and a regular bus service
into York.

How to book
In view of the small number of visitors who make bookings and then do not arrive, we regret we must ask for payment in full in advance for each night's stay as per the tariff (eg £25 caravan with hook up, £19 caravan without hook up etc) to secure a pitch.
If payments are not are made within 72 hours of our confirming the booking, we will hold the booking but reserve the right to release the pitch to other visitors if there is no other space available.
All payments of booking fees paid in advance shall be paid over the internet, or by cheque sent by post and payable to C A Brown. Instructions for online payment will be provided when we confirm your booking.
